Appointment and Arrival Guidelines

**Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to check in and prepare for your spa experience**

Spa Etiquette

Cancellations and No Shows

  1. As a courtesy to all, we ask that a twelve-hour notice be given if you need to cancel or change your
    appointment. For a cancellation with less than a twelve-hour notification, guests will be charged
    50 percent of the treatment fee. For no-show appointments, the full treatment fee will
    be charged.
  2. To reserve an appointment at Sole Serenity Spa call (248) 779-8777. A credit card number is required to hold appointments, but your account will not be charged a payment.
  3. We recommend reservations for skincare treatments and massage therapy.

Gratuities are at the guest discretion and not included in the price of our services. If you enjoyed your spa experience it is your choice to extend gratuity. We offer envelopes and include the option to add gratuity on credit cards/debit cards. The standard guideline is 15-20% but any and all gratuities are appreciated.
